African Potato also known as Hypoxis Hemerocallidea (previously known as Hypoxis Rooperi) is mainly harvested in the sub tropical Kwazulu and Natal regions of Southern Africa. All plants contain sterols and sterolins but it is found at a very higher percentage in the African Potato. Unmodified for centuries, the African Potato contains up to 50.000 times as many sterols as modern vegetable.
Are there any known side effects using African Potato products?
